Mon Tresor® translates from French as “My Treasure.” Mon Tresor® is an educational game based on individual psychology. It includes profound thoughts about the value of a person, the importance of recognition, and also specific guidance on encouraging oneself and others. Since we currently live in a criticism-addicted society, it is unusual and strange for many people when they are asked to say something good about themselves or others. Experience shows that many people need time to be able to accept the good. Therefore, it is advisable to play the game frequently.
Within the family, Mon Tresor® contributes to strengthening and improving relationships among family members. In schools, kindergartens, and youth groups, it encourages the courage to present and express oneself in front of a group. Mon Tresor® is particularly effective with children and adolescents who feel excluded from the group.
